AI Maturity Model
An AI Maturity Model describes the typical stages an organisation moves through as its AI capability develops — from isolated, ungoverned pilots through to embedded, auditable, ROI-measurable deployment at scale. The Australian Enterprise AI Index scores every organisation and industry against a six-stage maturity model (Pre-adoption through Leading) spanning all four measured dimensions.
