AI Model Register
An AI Model Register is the foundational governance artefact for enterprise AI: a living inventory of every model or AI system deployed, who owns it, what it does, what data it touches, and its assessed risk level. Regulators increasingly expect one to exist before they ask any other governance question — APRA CPS 230 explicitly requires AU banks and insurers to maintain one for material AI service providers.
